MY APARTMENT COMPLEX HAS RECENTLY BEEN FITTED WITH NBN. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once our service teams complete the installation out in the field, all completion documentation is submitted to NBN for approval and then activation.

Once NBN have completed their practical completion processes, you will be notified by NBN Co that your complex is now activated and you will be able to connect to the internet by choosing your own service provider.

We will be able to let you know whether:
you need to log a warranty call out with us directly, or
if it is a problem with your NBN or PayTV, you may need to call your service provider (NBN Co or Foxtel etc).

Call us first, we will be able to direct you to who you need to be contacting.
DO YOU USE SUB-CONTRACTORS?
Our friendly and qualified team or installers are not sub-contractors. They are employees of Team Antennas PL and not sub-contractors.

Team Antennas PL from time to time use sub-contract staff for
specialised activities such as:
splicing and testing
civil works
design
cma contracting (Asbestos removal)
EWP work (elevated work platform over 11m)
Please note, in the event that specialised sub-contract staff is required, compliance checks are always undertaken prior to works commencing.
